📄 Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the apps and services provided by Cloud Storage - Photos & Videos ("we", "us", "our", "our products"). Please read them carefully. By using our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

1. License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you and Cloud Storage - Photos & Videos.

You affirm that you are legally permitted to use our app.
You must comply with applicable laws and this Agreement.
If you use our app in the EEA, our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may apply. If there's a conflict, the DPA prevails.

2. Prohibited Use

You may not use our app for:

Any unlawful activities
Activities that violate local, national, or international laws
Sharing, modifying, reselling, or copying the app or its contents

We may terminate your access at our sole discretion at any time.

3. Updates & Termination

We may update the app or these Terms without prior notice. Continued use after updates indicates your acceptance. We may also discontinue or restrict access at any time.

4. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our app on one personal device.

You may not:

Use our intellectual property without permission
Reverse engineer, redistribute, or publicly perform the app or its contents
Use the app on multiple devices over a network simultaneously
Copy, sell, or sublicense our app or its features

Violation of this license will result in termination.

5. Data & Privacy

We do not collect personal information like your name, email, or phone number unless voluntarily provided for support purposes.

If you contact us, any shared info is kept private and only used to resolve your query. You may request deletion of any such data.

6. Advertising & Data Use

In the EU, we display non-personalized ads after user consent.
Outside the EU, we may use anonymized data for ad personalization and analytics.

You can manage ad settings via your device or ad provider opt-out links.

7. Ad Providers Used

We currently use:

Google AdMob and Google AdX
Data collected may include advertising IDs like GAID or IDFA.

8. Cookies

We do not set cookies, but third-party services may. Use their opt-out tools if desired.

9. Internet & Permissions

Internet access is used for:

Ad loading
App updates and functionality
Analytics and crash reporting

10. In-App Purchases

Some features may be unlocked via in-app purchases.

11. Social Sharing

The app may allow sharing to platforms like Facebook or Instagram. We do not access your social media account information.

12. Non-Ad Apps

For apps with no ads, the above advertising clauses do not apply.

13. Data Sharing with Authorities

To prevent fraud or comply with legal requests, we may share anonymized data with public authorities or relevant organizations.

14. Opting Out

If you wish to avoid ad-related data collection:

Disable ad tracking in device settings
Stop using the app
Purchase ad-free version if available

15. Age Restrictions

We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13 years old. If we find such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.

16. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use implies your acceptance of the changes.
